If this happens, rest assured that you will only be charged a pro-rated amount for the number of candidates that we are able to present. How much of MY time will be involved?

Not much at all. Our goal is to handle the most time-consuming pieces of hiring, so that you can focus on choosing the right fit for your company. We handle most of the administrative pieces of hiring, as well as sifting through all the resumes to best match applicants to your position specs. We will need a bit of time from you initially to understand your company and position(s) and then all you need to do is schedule, interview and hire the top candidate(s). We can even provide you with an offer letter and rejection notification template, so that you can stay in communication with your applicants.

How does your pricing compare to a staffing agency?

We have one flat rate for each job order. Staffing agencies, on average, will charge about 15-25% of the hire's salary in fees to the employer. And that number can really add up! As a percentage, our flat fee of $795 typically lands between 1-8% of the hire's salary.

Do you offer any promotions or multi-hire discounts?

From time to time, we will offer promotions, but we currently do not have any longstanding promos. We do, however, allow you to make multiple hires from one job posting! So what does this mean for you? Here is a quick example: You need to fill 3 customer service rep jobs. We will post the job with the aim of providing you with 3 qualified candidates. If you love them all, you can hire them all - for only $795!

Can you send me more (or less) than 3 qualified candidates?

You will only receive less than 3 candidates, if we are unable to provide you with 3 candidates. However, you can request that we send you additional candidates. During our call to collect your job details, we will ask you if you would like more than 3 candidates be sent to you. The additional cost per candidate sent is $265.00.

Are you a staffing agency?

Not at all! Staffing agencies, who proactively source candidates, provide a great service, but we do not operate as a staffing agency. We are HR professionals who will take the hiring administration burden off your plate. Think of all the time-consuming pieces of hiring such as writing the job ad, sifting through resumes, and pre-screening applicants. We help you get your time back AND hire great people!

How long will it take for you to get my job posted?

After we capture your company and position details, we can get your job posted within 24-48 business hours.

How long will my job be advertised?

We offer flexibility for you to choose between 5, 7, or 9 days on Indeed. We strongly recommend that you allow a job to be posted over a weekend and into a Monday night. As that is when we find the most active job seekers. But the choice is yours!

What if you are unable to find 3 qualified candidates?

Great question because this may happen! We pro-rate our pricing based on the candidates we are able to send. If we are able to send:

• 3 Candidates = $795.00
• 2 Candidates = $530.00
• 1 Candidate = $265.00
• 0 Candidate = $0.00

Will I be charged if I don't hire any candidates you send me?

Our pricing is based on qualified candidates sent to you per job order. If we send you 1, 2 or 3 qualified candidates, you will be charged per the schedule below, whether you decide to hire them or not. If we are not able to send you any qualified candidates, you will not be charged.
